Quince
Turkey cultivates the ¼ o the quince production in the world. The Mediterranean, Aegean, Marmara and the middle Black Sea regions supply the quince in Turkey. Quince is a heavy fruit and has green or yellow color and nice smell that leaves an aromatic taste in the mouth when eaten.

Bread quince is big sized, large at the bottom and narrow at the top, crispy and juicy.
Lemon Quince:
Lemon quince has a very high market value with orbicular shape, yellow skin and aromatic taste. It is also juicy with a 
meaty flesh.
